Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Construction Manager to oversee projects in Aberdeen. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing construction teams, ensuring the highest standards are met while delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project management efforts to ensure timely execution of construction activities.
  • Manage daily operations on site and conduct regular safety audits.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project schedules and ensure adherence to timelines.
  • Assist in the selection and negotiation process with subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with local regulations.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff and site teams.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in construction management
