Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanic Insulator to join our team. The Mechanic Insulator will be responsible for performing insulation installation, maintenance, and repair work on various mechanical systems and equipment, ensuring their proper functionality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct insulation installation on various mechanical systems and ensure proper functioning.
  • Perform routine maintenance checks and repairs on existing insulation.
  • Create and maintain documentation for work performed.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding project progress.
  • Utilise industry-standard safety protocols in all operations.
  • Assist in quality control inspections during and after insulation processes.
  • Adapt to changing job requirements and work under pressure as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • City & Guilds or equivalent qualification in Insulation, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
Experience
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in insulation installation and maintenance on mechanical systems.
