Responsibilities
Oversee VoIP system configurations and optimizations.
Investigate and resolve user-reported issues related to voice services.
Engage with vendors for VoIP service enhancements.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Create and maintain user guides for VoIP systems.
Participate in disaster recovery planning for communication systems.
Provide technical support and guidance to team members.
Evaluate new telecommunication technologies for potential adoption.
Implement security measures to protect VoIP networks.
Document processes and workflows for continuous improvement.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Networking or related field
Postgraduate qualification in IT Management desirable
Experience
3-5 years of experience in VoIP administration and IT Support
