Paving Operator

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Paving Operator to join our dedicated construction team. The successful candidate will be adept at operating various paving equipment, ensuring that paving projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Handle various paving machinery to lay asphalt and concrete.
• Monitor material supplies and order additional materials as needed.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
• Conduct inspections on equipment before and after use.
• Maintain accurate records of work done and project progress.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss project status and address any issues.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience working on commercial and residential paving projects preferred.

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
