Job Description

As an Instructional Design Specialist, you will design and implement effective instructional materials and training programs. You will collaborate with subject matter experts to create interactive and engaging learning experiences tailored to diverse audiences. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing educational methodologies at our organisation.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop curricula incorporating interactive learning methodologies.
• Produce multimedia content for both online and blended learning experiences.
• Conduct evaluations to assess the effectiveness of instructional materials.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards in all learning materials.
• Mentor junior instructional designers and support their professional development.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
• Implement feedback loops for continuous improvement of instructional content.
• Utilise emerging technologies to innovate instructional practices.
• Offer training sessions to staff on the effective use of instructional materials.
• Conduct audience analysis to tailor content effectively to the learner's needs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• Certification in instructional design preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in instructional design

• Learning Management Systems (LMS)

Languages
