Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bicycle Repairer to join our dynamic workshop team. You will be responsible for assembling, inspecting, and ensuring the quality of bikes. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and a passion for cycling.

Responsibilities

• Build and repair bicycles while ensuring adherence to set protocols.
• Conduct thorough inspections of bicycle components for defects.
• Ensure functional checks on brakes, gears, and other crucial bike parts.
• Perform adjustments and repairs to meet safety standards.
• Contribute to the development of efficient assembly techniques.
• Engage in continuous improvement of bike assembly methods.
• Support customer inquiries regarding bike assembly and maintenance.
• Assist with ordering parts and managing stocks effectively.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical training in bike maintenance or repair is preferred

Experience

• Previous experience in a workshop environment or with bike repairs is a plus
