Job Description

We are seeking a Marine Engineer with a strong background in naval architecture and marine engineering to join our innovative team. The successful candidate will work on the design and construction of state-of-the-art vessels, ensuring that all projects meet industry standards and sustainability goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design process for marine engineering projects, ensuring quality and compliance.
  • Prepare detailed engineering reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress and budget, adjusting as necessary to meet deadlines.
  • Participate in site visits and inspections to evaluate construction progress.
  • Develop innovative solutions to engineering problems, enhancing vessel performance.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation throughout the lifecycle.
  • Train and mentor junior engineers in marine design principles.
  • Assist in the preparation of bids and proposals for new projects.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering or related field
  • Master's degree in Naval Architecture is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in the maritime industry
