Job Description

We are on the lookout for a talented Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Glasgow. In this role, you will oversee a variety of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. You will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams, developing project plans, and driving the implementation of project strategies. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of project management methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Establish project objectives, identify deliverables, and define project scope.
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
  • Coordinate project resources, ensuring optimal allocation and efficiency.
  • Track project metrics and prepare reports for management review.
  • Regularly communicate with team members and provide guidance and support.
  • Conduct project post-mortems to assess success and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering
  • Master's degree in a related field preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of project management experience with a focus on technology projects
