Job Description

We are currently seeking dedicated Farmworkers and Laborers to contribute to our nursery, greenhouse, and crop production operations. The successful candidates will assist in planting, cultivating, and harvesting produce while ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Execute hands-on farming tasks such as planting, watering, and harvesting.
• Assist in maintaining an organized and efficient work environment.
• Support the implementation of sustainable farming practices.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in a similar role in farming is an asset

Technical Skills

• Ability to operate farm machinery safely
• Knowledge of pest control measures

• Adaptability

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Previous experience with greenhouse management: Hands-on experience managing greenhouse operations.
