Job Description

Join our team in Clacton-on-Sea as a Farm Project Manager, where you will oversee large-scale agricultural projects. You will be responsible for planning and executing projects, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate multiple projects, ensuring resource optimisation and effective communication.
  • Set performance metrics and KPIs for project teams.
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Engage with community stakeholders to promote project benefits and transparency.
  • Research and implement new agricultural technologies and practices.
  • Oversee documentation related to project compliance and quality assurance.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Science or Management
  • An MBA or similar qualification is advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in farm management or project management
