Job Description

We are seeking an Agricultural Scientist with a solid foundation in crop science and soil management. The ideal candidate will lead research projects focused on sustainable agricultural practices, working closely with farmers and agricultural stakeholders to implement innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead field trials on new crop varieties and techniques.
  • Coordinate with agricultural partners on project goals and outcomes.
  • Design experiments to evaluate crop performance under varying conditions.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed records of research activities.
  • Collaborate on multidisciplinary projects with environmental scientists and agronomists.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Science or related field
  • Master's degree preferred

  • 3-5 years of experience in agricultural research or related roles
