Responsibilities

• Oversee planting and care routines for optimal tree growth.
• Manage a team of nursery workers and field staff, providing guidance and support.
• Plan and execute sales strategies to boost revenue during peak season.
• Monitor tree health, implementing pest control measures when necessary.
• Maintain equipment, ensuring all machinery is operational and safe.
• Record and manage farm expenses and revenue for operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align promotions with farm operations.
• Implement training programs for new staff on operational procedures.
• Evaluate farm performance metrics and suggest improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, or related discipline
• Professional certifications in tree farming preferred

Experience

• 3+ years in a management role within agricultural operations.
