Join our team as a Site Supervisor in Birmingham, where you will supervise and manage all site activities. You will be responsible for coordinating resources, ensuring health and safety compliance, and maintaining high standards of workmanship on-site.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with local building regulations and standards.
• Review project plans and specifications to ensure accuracy.
• Assist in budget management and cost control for projects.
• Lead daily briefings with site teams to discuss goals and challenges.
• Evaluate and report performance of site workers and subcontractors.

Requirements

Education

• HNC/HND in Construction or related discipline
• NEBOSH certification is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of supervisory experience in a construction environment

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of BIM Technology: Experience with Building Information Modelling software to enhance project efficiency.
