Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Wheel Molder to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wheel molding processes and possess excellent attention to detail. As a Wheel Molder, you will be responsible for producing high-quality wheel molds and ensuring the smooth operation of the molding process.

Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate molding machines for optimal operation.
• Design and create custom molds based on production requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure product quality.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement solutions promptly.
• Work collaboratively to streamline the production process.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Report any safety issues to the supervisor immediately.
• Assist in training new technicians in molding operations.
• Participate in safety training and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Evaluate new molding technologies and recommend improvements.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Relevant vocational training or certification in molding or a related field

Experience

• Prior experience in wheel molding or a similar role is required.
