Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Crop Science Specialist to join our team in Clacton-on-Sea. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting research and development in crop science, with an emphasis on sustainable practices and innovative technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead research projects aimed at enhancing crop resilience to climate change.
  • Engage with farmers to gather feedback on crop performance and challenges.
  • Develop educational materials to disseminate findings to the agricultural community.
  • Coordinate field trials and monitor crop development.
  • Utilize statistical software to analyze experimental data.
  • Participate in industry conferences to represent the company.
  • Develop partnerships with universities for cooperative research initiatives.
  • Advise on regulatory compliance for crop production practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Crop Science or related field
  • PhD is desired
