Job Description
We are seeking a Construction Engineering Supervisor with extensive experience in managing construction projects. The ideal candidate will oversee all phases of construction, ensuring compliance with safety standards and quality control.
Responsibilities
Manage project documentation and ensure records are maintained accurately.
Liaise with local authorities regarding permits and compliance.
Supervise subcontractors and ensure their work aligns with project standards.
Evaluate and improve construction processes and workflows.
Participate in post-project evaluations to assess outcomes and identify improvements.
Act as a point of contact for stakeholders to address any concerns or questions.
Drive initiatives aimed at reducing project costs without compromising quality.
Conduct training sessions on health and safety practices for site staff.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Master's degree in Construction Management is a plus
Experience
7+ years of experience in construction engineering and site supervision
