Job Description

We are seeking a Construction Engineering Supervisor with extensive experience in managing construction projects. The ideal candidate will oversee all phases of construction, ensuring compliance with safety standards and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Manage project documentation and ensure records are maintained accurately.
• Liaise with local authorities regarding permits and compliance.
• Supervise subcontractors and ensure their work aligns with project standards.
• Evaluate and improve construction processes and workflows.
• Participate in post-project evaluations to assess outcomes and identify improvements.
• Act as a point of contact for stakeholders to address any concerns or questions.
• Drive initiatives aimed at reducing project costs without compromising quality.
• Conduct training sessions on health and safety practices for site staff.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in Construction Management is a plus

• 7+ years of experience in construction engineering and site supervision
