Job Description

Join our team as a Right-of-Way Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance operations. You will manage teams, develop maintenance protocols, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring adherence to timelines and safety protocols.
  • Formulate and execute comprehensive maintenance schedules tailored for various assets.
  • Conduct routine inspections to assess the condition of right-of-way infrastructure.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to address maintenance needs and coordinate necessary actions.
  • Implement health and safety protocols across all maintenance activities.
  • Document maintenance records, including expenses and staff training progress.
  • Organize training sessions for staff on equipment handling and safety measures.
  • Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports for upper management review.
  • Research and integrate new techniques and technologies in right-of-way maintenance.
  • Facilitate communication between departments for efficient operations.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Vocational or technical certifications relevant to the industry
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years in a supervisory position within right-of-way maintenance
