Job Description
Join our team as a Right-of-Way Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance operations. You will manage teams, develop maintenance protocols, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
Lead a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring adherence to timelines and safety protocols.
Formulate and execute comprehensive maintenance schedules tailored for various assets.
Conduct routine inspections to assess the condition of right-of-way infrastructure.
Liaise with stakeholders to address maintenance needs and coordinate necessary actions.
Implement health and safety protocols across all maintenance activities.
Document maintenance records, including expenses and staff training progress.
Organize training sessions for staff on equipment handling and safety measures.
Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports for upper management review.
Research and integrate new techniques and technologies in right-of-way maintenance.
Facilitate communication between departments for efficient operations.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Vocational or technical certifications relevant to the industry
Experience
Minimum of 5 years in a supervisory position within right-of-way maintenance
