Job Description

As an Account Manager at Leading Company, you will be a key player in managing client relationships and driving business growth. Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line support for technical inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for end-users.
  • Document and track support requests in the ticketing system for IT management.
  • Assist in the installation and configuration of computer systems and software.
  • Maintain service desk documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Conduct user training sessions on software applications and tools.
  • Ensure all support requests are managed efficiently and escalate issues as needed.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss the progress of ongoing projects.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in a help desk or IT support role
Technical Skills
  • Windows and macOS environments
  • Networking fundamentals
Soft Skills
  • Customer service orientation
  • Communication skills
Languages
  • English: Fluent

Advantageous

  • ITIL Foundation Certification: Knowledge of ITIL principles will be advantageous.
  • Experience with remote support tools: Familiarity with remote support software such as TeamViewer or AnyDesk.
