Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for all IT support queries.
  • Diagnose and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
  • Manage user accounts, including setup, modifications, and terminations.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to enhance systems and process performance.
  • Maintain inventory of IT equipment and assist in procurement when necessary.
  • Prepare regular reports on support metrics and user feedback for management.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in a help desk or IT support role
Technical Skills
  • Windows and macOS environments
  • Networking fundamentals
Soft Skills
  • Customer service orientation
  • Communication skills
Languages
  • English: Fluent

Advantageous

  • ITIL Foundation Certification: Knowledge of ITIL principles will be advantageous.
  • Experience with remote support tools: Familiarity with remote support software such as TeamViewer or AnyDesk.
