Job Description

We seek an Agricultural Equipment Operator to manage and operate grain threshing machinery on our farms in Norfolk. The ideal candidate should be capable of maintaining machinery, monitoring output quality, and contributing to various agricultural tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of threshing machinery to maximize output.
• Implement best practices for machinery maintenance and hygiene.
• Document and report findings on production quality.
• Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to meet standards.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss progress and safety measures.
• Assist in training new staff on machinery operations and safety.

Experience

• Experience working on a farm or with agricultural machinery is advantageous
