Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Radio, Cellular, and Tower Equipment Installer and Repairer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with installing and maintaining telecommunications equipment, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.

Responsibilities

• Install antennas and communication equipment on towers.
• Conduct site surveys and assessments for new installations.
• Collaborate with network engineers to evaluate system performance.
• Manage site access for team members and clients during installations.
• Stay updated with the latest telecommunications technologies and techniques.

Requirements

Education

• A degree or diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
• Telecommunications qualifications are preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience

Technical Skills

• Fiber optics installation
• Network configuration

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail
• Adaptability

Certifications

• City & Guilds in Electrical Engineering
• Telecommunications Installation Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with CAD software for design: Experience using CAD software for telecommunications layout design.
• Previous field experience in a telecom environment: Demonstrated ability to work effectively in field settings.
