We are seeking a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Peterborough. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing fleet operations and optimizing transportation planning processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a keen attention to detail, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day management of fleet logistics.
• Monitor compliance with transport safety guidelines.
• Implement cost-saving measures across fleet services.
• Work closely with the maintenance team to schedule vehicle repairs.
• Develop training materials for new drivers.
• Assist in budget preparation for fleet operations.
• Coordinate with clients to ensure service excellence.
• Regularly review and adjust fleet policies and procedures.
• Lead meetings to discuss fleet performance and challenges.
• Prepare data-driven reports for senior management.

Requirements

Education

• Higher education qualification in Logistics or Transport Management is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in fleet operations
