Job Description

We are seeking an Environmental Consultant to join our Birmingham office. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in environmental science and be passionate about promoting sustainability. You will be responsible for conducting environmental assessments, advising clients on regulatory compliance, and developing strategies to mitigate environmental impact.

Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive reports detailing environmental assessments.
• Assist clients in developing strategies for compliance with current legislation.
• Work with team members to design and implement sustainability projects.
• Evaluate and monitor the effectiveness of environmental policies.
• Conduct research on emerging environmental trends and technologies.
• Facilitate workshops and presentations on environmental practices.
• Liaise with external partners to enhance project outcomes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or related field
• Master's degree in Environmental Engineering preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in environmental consulting or management

• Chartered Environmentalist (CEnv)
