Job Description
As a Guest Services Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our guests have a delightful experience. You will manage front-of-house operations, lead a team of dedicated staff, and strive to exceed guest expectations on a daily basis.
Responsibilities
Oversee and train staff in front desk operations and customer service skills.
Act as a point of contact for guests, addressing queries and feedback.
Maintain a professional demeanor while managing multiple priorities.
Implement strategies to improve team performance and guest satisfaction.
Evaluate and report on team's service delivery and operational procedures.
Requirements
Education
High School diploma or equivalent
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
Experience
3+ years in a guest services or supervisory role
