Job Description

As a Guest Services Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our guests have a delightful experience. You will manage front-of-house operations, lead a team of dedicated staff, and strive to exceed guest expectations on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and train staff in front desk operations and customer service skills.
  • Act as a point of contact for guests, addressing queries and feedback.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor while managing multiple priorities.
  • Implement strategies to improve team performance and guest satisfaction.
  • Evaluate and report on team's service delivery and operational procedures.

Requirements

Education
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years in a guest services or supervisory role
