Job Description

We are searching for a passionate and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team in Edinburgh. The ideal candidate will have experience in planning and executing a variety of events, from corporate meetings to social celebrations, ensuring each event runs smoothly and successfully.

Responsibilities

  • Develop innovative event concepts based on client needs and objectives.
  • Oversee all event details leading up to and during the event.
  • Monitor event budget and provide post-event analysis to clients.
  • Assist in marketing events through social media and other platforms.
  • Foster relationships with vendors and industry partners to enhance event offerings.
  • Evaluate event success and provide feedback for future improvements.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in event management or a similar role
