Job Description

As a Compliance Risk Officer, you will play a vital role in safeguarding our organisation against compliance violations. You will be responsible for assessing compliance risks, ensuring adherence to regulations, and developing strategies to mitigate risks. Ideal candidates will have a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to compliance management.

Responsibilities

  • Assess existing compliance frameworks and recommend improvements.
  • Design and implement effective compliance training programs.
  • Maintain strong relationships with regulatory agencies to stay informed about industry standards.
  • Analyze compliance-related data and metrics for the development of reports.
  • Implement internal audit processes to ensure adherence to compliance policies.
  • Review and update compliance-related documentation regularly.
  • Support the development of reporting systems for tracking compliance metrics.
  • Conduct regular compliance reviews and audits to enhance controls.
  • Ensure timely reporting of compliance issues to relevant authorities.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CCEP, CRCP) is preferred
Experience
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in compliance or risk management
