We are seeking an experienced Farm Operations Supervisor to manage the daily operations on our farm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing staff, enhancing productivity, and ensuring compliance with agricultural regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planting, harvesting, and processing schedules.
• Conduct routine inspections of farm facilities and equipment.
• Engage in community outreach and represent the farm at local events.
• Facilitate onboarding and training of new team members.
• Ensure the timely delivery of products to market outlets.
• Analyze production data to improve efficiency.
• Participate in strategic planning sessions for farm operations.
• Guide seasonal planting based on crop rotation practices.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Agricultural Engineering or relevant discipline

Experience

• 5+ years of experience managing farm operations

Languages
