Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Feed Crusher to join our team. As a Feed Crusher, you will be responsible for crushing and processing feed materials for livestock. A strong understanding of animal nutrition is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operation of feed production machinery.
• Provide feedback on process improvements to management.
• Assist in the training and onboarding of junior team members.
• Compile daily production reports for management review.
• Ensure all health and safety regulations are adhered to.
• Assist in inventory controls of raw materials and finished products.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in agricultural processes is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in feed milling or related field preferred.

Technical Skills

• Machinery maintenance
• Data recording

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Communication skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of safety regulations: Understanding of health and safety practices in the agricultural industry.
• Previous experience working within a team: Teamwork experience in a production or agricultural setting is beneficial.
