The First-Line Supervisor will be responsible for managing a team of ranch hands, ensuring the efficient execution of daily operations. This role demands strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of ranch practices.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the ranch and manage staff to achieve operational goals.

Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, or a related field preferred
Experience
5+ years of hands-on experience in agricultural operations
