Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the ranch and manage staff to achieve operational goals.
• Coordinate tasks to optimize workflow and enhance productivity.
• Conduct regular inspections of livestock and facilities to ensure optimal conditions.
• Implement safety procedures and training to maintain a safe working environment.
• Assist in budgeting and managing operational expenses for the farming activities.
• Document and maintain accurate records of livestock health, operations, and production metrics.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, or a related field preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in agricultural operations
