Job Description

The Planting Material Carrier plays a crucial role in our agricultural operations by transporting and distributing various types of planting materials. This position ensures that all materials reach their designated areas efficiently and safely, supporting our overall productivity.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Planting Material Supervisor to schedule delivery tasks.
• Follow health and safety regulations to prevent workplace accidents.
• Participate in training sessions on equipment handling and safety protocols.
• Assist in greenhouse operations when needed, including planting and maintenance.
• Provide feedback on process improvements for material handling and transport.

Requirements

Education

• Valid driver's license for operating delivery vehicles.

Experience

• Prior experience in a similar role within agriculture is a plus.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of planting materials
• Inventory management software

Soft Skills

• Teamwork
• Adaptability

Certifications

• Forklift license (preferred but not required).

Languages

• English: Fluent
