Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Aerospace Engineer to join our dedicated team in Southampton. The successful applicant will contribute to innovative aerospace projects, ensuring the design, testing, and production of high-performance aerospace systems. This role demands a blend of engineering expertise and creativity to tackle complex challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Implement engineering best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments on project initiatives.
  • Support project management with scheduling and resource allocation.
  • Actively participate in innovation workshops and brainstorming sessions.
  • Assist in training junior engineers and interns in aerospace engineering principles.
  • Evaluate and select appropriate materials and technologies for projects.
  • Document engineering processes and workflows for future reference.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering
  • Master's degree in a relevant field is advantageous
Experience
  • 4+ years of aerospace engineering experience in a commercial environment
