Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Process Development Associate! You'll be responsible for supporting process development initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the optimization and documentation of processes.
Responsibilities
Implement process improvements based on experimental findings.
Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Coordinate with quality assurance teams for process validation.
Utilize statistical analysis tools to track process performance.
Develop troubleshooting guides for common process issues.
Organize and maintain process development documentation and records.
Collaborate with engineering to design scalable processes.
Engage with vendors for material and equipment procurement.
Facilitate workshops for continuous improvement initiatives.
Regularly review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
Master's degree preferred
Experience
2-4 years of experience in a similar role within the industry
