Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Process Development Associate! You'll be responsible for supporting process development initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the optimization and documentation of processes.

Responsibilities

  • Implement process improvements based on experimental findings.
  • Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Coordinate with quality assurance teams for process validation.
  • Utilize statistical analysis tools to track process performance.
  • Develop troubleshooting guides for common process issues.
  • Organize and maintain process development documentation and records.
  • Collaborate with engineering to design scalable processes.
  • Engage with vendors for material and equipment procurement.
  • Facilitate workshops for continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Regularly review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar role within the industry
