Job Description

As a Customer Support Representative, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch service. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others. You will handle queries, provide solutions, and support customers through various channels.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner via multiple channels.
  • Provide detailed explanations of products or services to customers.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
  • Assist in onboarding new customers and provide training as necessary.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Assist with back-office tasks as needed to support the customer service team.
  • Promote the company’s products and services effectively during interactions.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while providing support.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communication or Business is a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role

Languages
