Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Clinical Research Associate to support our clinical trials in Glasgow. You will play a key role in monitoring trial progress, ensuring compliance with protocols, and contributing to the overall success of our research initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with clinical trial sites and investigators.
  • Ensure the quality and integrity of clinical trial data through rigorous monitoring.
  • Provide training to site staff on clinical trial processes and compliance.
  • Prepare for and participate in audits and inspections by regulatory authorities.
  • Assist in reporting adverse events and protocol deviations promptly.
  • Support the Clinical Research Manager in the overall management of clinical trials.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related discipline
  • Master's degree or equivalent preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of direct experience in clinical trials or research environments

  • Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS)
