Job Description

We are seeking an Artificial Candy Maker to join our confectionery team. As an Artificial Candy Maker, you will be responsible for creating a variety of delicious and visually appealing artificial candies. This role requires a creative individual with a passion for candy-making, as well as an eye for design.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop new candy recipes that meet market trends.
• Ensure the production process adheres to quality and hygiene standards.
• Train new staff on candy-making techniques and machinery operation.
• Participate in team brainstorming sessions for new product ideas.
• Keep abreast of the candy-making industry trends and integrate them into production.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Food hygiene/safety certification is preferred

Experience

• At least 1 year of experience in candy-making or a related role.

Technical Skills

• Creativity

Advantageous

• Prior experience in artificial candy-making: Experience with creating diverse candy types and flavours.
