Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Technician to join our dynamic team in Leeds. In this role, you'll be responsible for diagnosing and resolving IT issues, providing top-notch technical support to our users, and ensuring that our systems run smoothly. Your expertise will directly contribute to improving user experience and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Assist users with network connectivity issues.
  • Ensure that IT documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with IT policies and security protocols.
  • Manage user accounts and permissions on various platforms.
  • Help resolve printing and other peripheral device issues.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and IT trends.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
  • Relevant IT certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified, Cisco CCNA) are advantageous
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical support role
