Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Theatre Production Manager to lead our production team in London. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of theatre productions, from conception to execution, ensuring that each performance is executed flawlessly.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate all production logistics and timelines.
  • Work with stage and technical managers to ensure production readiness.
  • Compile reports on production outcomes for future reference.
  • Cultivate relationships with external vendors and suppliers.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions for production staff.
  • Maintain a database of production contacts and resources.
  • Evaluate production performances and provide constructive feedback.
  • Support post-show reviews and debriefings to capture lessons learned.
  • Encourage a culture of continuous improvement within the production team.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Arts Management or similar
  • Master's degree preferred

  • 5+ years in the performing arts sector
