Job Description

As a Sewing Machine Operator (Lace Sewer), you will play a pivotal role in creating intricate lace designs. You will be responsible for sewing a variety of lace garments and accessories, ensuring each piece adheres to our brand's quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Sewing lace onto lingerie pieces by hand, using traditional techniques and high-quality materials.
• Ensuring all pieces are crafted to the highest standard.
• Working closely with the Pattern Cutter and Garment Technician to ensure the best possible fit and finish.
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in lingerie design and craft.
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area.

Requirements

Education

• No formal qualifications required
• Qualification in fashion or textiles is advantageous

Experience

• Some experience in sewing, textiles, or fashion is preferred; entry-level candidates with a strong passion for the industry will be considered.

Advantageous

• Experience in hand-sewing or machine embroidery: Hands-on experience with various sewing methods is a plus.
