Four-Slide Operator

Job Description

The Four-Slide Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining Four-Slide machines in a manufacturing environment, producing high-quality metal components while ensuring the highest safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Four-Slide machines to produce metal stampings to customer specifications.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Communicate with team members to identify and resolve any issues that arise.
• Adjust machines as needed for different jobs and materials.
• Maintain machines and tooling, performing routine maintenance as needed.
• Record production and quality data accurately.
• Identify efficiencies and suggest improvements to production processes.
• Assist with training new operators on machinery and procedures.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical training in machining or related areas is preferred.

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in metal stamping or fabrication.

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in Metal Stamping: Experience in metal stamping, forming, or fabrication is a plus.
• Skills in Maintenance: Basic mechanical skills for routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
