Job Description

As a Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in our financial planning and analysis processes. Your expertise will enable the organization to make strategic financial decisions based on data-driven insights. You will analyse financial data, prepare reports, and help identify trends to inform decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Review and enhance internal controls related to financial reporting.
• Conduct trend and variance analysis to evaluate financial health.
• Assist in preparing presentations for stakeholders regarding financial data.
• Support audits and coordinate information with external auditors.
• Engage in continuous improvement projects to enhance financial processes.
• Train junior analysts on financial analysis techniques.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance
• Master's degree in Finance or related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in financial analysis with a focus on data-driven insights.
