Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements and reports to summarise findings for clients.
• Conduct industry and company-specific research to inform transaction strategies.
• Support the senior team in negotiating deal terms with clients.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements during the transaction process.
• Participate in strategic planning sessions with the investment team.
• Utilise advanced Excel skills to create detailed financial models.
• Develop presentations for client meetings that clearly communicate complex financial concepts.
• Contribute to team projects that enhance the overall effectiveness of the investment banking division.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
• Master's degree in Finance or MBA preferred

Experience

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in investment banking or finance
