Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished IT Manager to oversee our IT infrastructure and lead a talented team of IT professionals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing projects, optimizing systems, and ensuring effective IT support across the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute IT strategic plans that support the organisation's goals.
• Analyse IT systems and processes, and recommend improvements.
• Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance reviews.
• Ensure data integrity and security throughout the IT infrastructure.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and challenges.
• Facilitate ongoing IT support and user training initiatives.
• Prepare and present reports on IT project progress and impact to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Master's degree in IT Management or similar is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in IT operations or management roles
