Job Description

We are seeking a Global Technical Controls Troubleshooter who will be responsible for identifying, investigating, and resolving technical control issues for our multinational organization. The successful candidate will collaborate with various internal teams to enhance technical controls and develop strategies to prevent future incidents.

Responsibilities

• Identify and troubleshoot technical control issues in various sectors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines are met.
• Provide recommendations for improving existing technical control systems.
• Assist in the creation of risk assessments and compliance monitoring activities.
• Stay current on regulatory requirements and technical standards.
• Lead training sessions for staff on new control measures and technologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Certifications in cybersecurity, such as CISSP or CISM, are preferred

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical troubleshooting role
