Job Description

As a Psychosocial Rehabilitation Counselor, you will be responsible for delivering professional mental health support and counseling services. This role involves conducting assessments, developing tailored treatment plans, and facilitating group therapy sessions, making a significant impact on clients' recovery journeys.

Responsibilities

  • Establish rapport with clients to foster trust and ensure an effective therapeutic relationship.
  • Implement treatment plans that align with clients' unique needs and preferences.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of therapeutic sessions and make necessary adjustments.
  • Engage in community outreach to raise awareness about available mental health resources.
  • Prepare and present reports on client progress for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance counseling skills.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
  • Valid licensure as a Psychosocial Rehabilitation Counselor
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in mental health support and rehabilitation.
