Job Description

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints regarding discrimination and harassment.
• Implement and manage diversity and inclusion programs to foster a positive workplace culture.
• Monitor the effectiveness of compliance training and educational programs.
• Prepare reports for internal review and external compliance agencies.
• Ensure that company policies align with evolving equal employment opportunity laws.
• Advise HR on recruitment strategies to attract diverse candidates.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Professional certification in Human Resources or Equal Employment Opportunity is preferred.

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years in compliance or related field.

• Knowledge of employment law

Certifications

• Certified Equal Employment Opportunity Professional (CEEO)

Languages

• English: Fluent
