Job Description

We are seeking a Mining Engineer to join our team in Aberdeenshire. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mining operations, focusing on optimizing processes, ensuring safety standards, and enhancing productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of mining projects.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments.
  • Coordinate with environmental teams to ensure sustainable practices.
  • Train and mentor junior engineers and mining staff.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot operational issues on-site.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or related field
  • Master's degree is advantageous
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in mining engineering
