Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Panman to join our team. As a Panman, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking pan-based dishes according to customer preferences and recipes. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong culinary skills and a genuine passion for food.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain commercial kitchen equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Assist in training new kitchen staff on pan-based techniques and safety standards.
  • Develop and implement seasonal menu changes, aligning with ingredient availability.
  • Work closely with suppliers to ensure high-quality ingredients are sourced.
  • Prepare food items ahead of service to ensure timely meal delivery.
  • Coordinate with front-of-house staff for efficient service during busy hours.

Requirements

Education
  • Culinary arts diploma or equivalent qualification
Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in high-volume or fine dining establishments.
Technical Skills
  • Creativity in recipe development
  • Knowledge of dietary restrictions

Certifications
  • Food hygiene and safety certification
Languages
  • English: Fluent
