Job Description

We are looking for an IT Compliance Officer to join our Bristol team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT compliance regulations and be responsible for ensuring we meet all necessary standards. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work collaboratively to enhance our compliance framework.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a compliance monitoring program.
• Ensure timely reporting and resolution of compliance issues.
• Conduct training sessions on compliance policies for new hires and current employees.
• Utilize compliance management software to track compliance documentation.
• Participate in industry forums to keep abreast of emerging compliance issues.
• Assist in developing internal compliance training materials.
• Work with the IT team to implement technology solutions to improve compliance processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Master's degree is an asset

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in IT compliance or a similar role

Certifications

• ISO 27001 Lead Implementer

Languages

• English: Fluent
