Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders.

• Assist in the creation of user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end users.
• Work closely with IT teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Provide expertise to improve data management practices.
• Conduct user acceptance testing and gather feedback.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years in business analysis or a similar role
