Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Process Consultant to join our team in Sheffield. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing processes and a proven ability to enhance operational efficiency. You will work closely with our clients to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyse existing manufacturing processes and workflows.
• Design and architect solutions for operational challenges faced by clients.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for staff on process enhancements.
• Work alongside engineering teams to integrate new technologies.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Identify compliance risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions.
• Support the implementation of sustainable manufacturing practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline
• MBA or equivalent would be a plus

Experience

• 7+ years of relevant consultancy experience in the manufacturing sector
