Job Description
We are currently looking for a dedicated Motorboat Operator to oversee the safe transport of personnel and supplies in our fleet. As part of a fast-paced maritime team, you will ensure that our boats are operational and meet all safety regulations.
Responsibilities
Ensure operational readiness of the boat before departure.
Monitor weather conditions and navigate accordingly.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation aboard the vessel.
Assist in training new crew members when necessary.
Follow all company protocols for operational procedures.
Document maintenance tasks performed on the vessel.
Handle any client inquiries regarding transportation logistics.
Collaborate with supervisors to improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience
Experience working with different types of crew boats and vessels preferred.

English: Fluent
Advantageous
Experience with specific offshore locations and routes: Knowledge of operational areas and common offshore routes.
